I tried three positions. The first was on my knees. When you kneel, all the gravity is concentrated on your knees and calves, and after a while you get some pins and needles, which is actually quite uncomfortable. Especially the knees, so I piled a lot of lines on the bottom and put a little bit of red in the corner.

The second position is lying, lying on the ground is comfortable and the force is even, the force feels like the liquid is evenly covering every area. The only fluid in the human body is blood, so I'll do it in red and it usually covers my body evenly.

The last position is very exercise, is a plank movement, I don't often exercise, the wrist and feet feel like a ton of pressure on the back, very uncomfortable. I marked the big black blob on the palm of the hand and the ankle.
